By downloading, installing, or using BurnScope ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BurnScope grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Mac you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store terms. The App is licensed as a one-time purchase with a 14-day free trial.
BurnScope reads Claude Code session data stored locally on your Mac (in ~/.claude/projects/) to calculate and display cost estimates, token usage, and session statistics. All processing happens on your device. The App does not modify, delete, or write to your Claude Code files.
BurnScope provides cost and usage estimates based on publicly available pricing from Anthropic and data from your local session files. These estimates are for informational purposes only and may differ from your actual bill or subscription usage. BurnScope is not affiliated with Anthropic and does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculated figures. Subscription limit estimates (5-hour windows, weekly caps) are based on Anthropic's published plan multipliers and are approximate.
BurnScope does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. The App makes no network requests. All data remains on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
BurnScope does not require account creation, login, or any form of authentication. The App runs independently on your Mac.
BurnScope and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Apps by SAHARA and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
BurnScope is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your purchase and use of the App are also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms prevail to the extent required.
BurnScope is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that cost estimates will match your actual invoices, or that the App will be compatible with all future versions of macOS or Claude Code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurnScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
BurnScope is published by Apps by SAHARA. The legal entity responsible for this application and these Terms of Service is Apps by SAHARA.
